About these terms

These terms apply to orders placed on links4life.co.uk. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them together with the delivery and returns information on our Customer Support page.

Lifetime warranty

If a link or clasp ever breaks, contact us and we’ll repair or replace it free of charge.

What we collect

When you place an order or contact us, we collect your name, email address, delivery and billing address, phone number if you give it, and the details of your order. Card payments are handled by our payment provider, so we never see or store your full card details.

How we use it

To make and deliver your order, reply to your messages, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. If you sign up to our newsletter, we’ll email you news and offers; every email has a link to unsubscribe.

Who we share it with

Only the services that help us run the shop, such as our website host, payment provider and delivery company, and only what they need. We never sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting. Other personal data is kept only for as long as we need it.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies, which keep your basket, checkout and account working. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, we’ll ask for your consent first.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by contacting us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
