UK delivery is £3.95, and free on orders over £50. Every order is carefully packed to protect it in transit.
If a link or clasp ever breaks, contact us and we’ll repair or replace it free of charge.
Bracelets made to your design are personalised items, so they can’t be returned for a change of mind. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll put it right with a repair, replacement or refund.

Sterling silver (925), 18k gold vermeil and rose gold vermeil. You can mix metals within one bracelet. Birthstone links come in all twelve month stones.
Measure your wrist snugly with a soft tape measure and choose a bracelet about 1.5–2 cm longer for a comfortable fit. The builder shows the finished length, including the clasp, and the wrist size it fits.
Yes. Our links are designed to be swapped and added, so your bracelet can change and grow with you.
Store each piece separately, keep it away from perfume, lotions and chlorinated water, and wipe it with a soft, dry cloth. Take gold vermeil off before swimming or exercise to keep its finish at its best.
